Our products are shipped from our retail stores in Metrotown Mall. Burnaby or Guildford Town Centre, Surrey via local shipping companies, Novex Delivery or TR Courier.  Canada, United States and International orders will be shipped via Canada Post.

Please note once packages are given for delivery from our facility, it will be Canada Post or USPS’ responsibility and duty to handle the shipping. We will not be liable for incorrect addresses, delayed or lost packages from thereon. You agree and accept that we are released from all liabilities in relation to incorrect addresses, delayed or lost packages.

 

IMPORTANT DELIVERY NOTES FOR DELIVERY ONLY IN GREATER VANCOUVER: Please note we use a local shipping companies to handle all deliveries in Greater Vancouver. For all "local" and standard" shipping options, your order will be delivered in 2-3 days from when your order will be made which will take us 1 day or the same day. 

Please note the delivery times will be 8am-6pm daily. We do not guarantee any specific delivery times and we are not responsible for any delivery delays as it is not within our control. 

For specific delivery instructions or modified hour requests, please email us right away and provide as much information as possible as additional rush delivery charges may apply. We will only submit the exact delivery information as what we received from you to the delivery company. We will not be responsible if the attempt of delivery is due to insufficient information provided to us.

If the attempt of the delivery is unsuccessful, for various reasons such as the location being closed, the recipient not picking up their buzzer, incorrect address or no concierge to accept, another charge for secondary attempt of delivery applies.

Once we schedule the courier, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and phone number to contact for any delivery questions.

International Orders:

Shipments to UAE must be a PO Box address and must include a telephone number. We will not be liable for any returned or delayed shipments.

*International shipping can sometimes can longer due to delays and unforeseen reasons. Custom taxes or duties may be charged to the recipient of the package. The recipient will be responsible for any customs or import duties once the parcel reaches its destination country.
