Our products are shipped from our retail store in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
United States orders will be shipped via USPS
Canadian orders will be shipped via Canada Post.
International orders will be shipped via Canada Post or USPS.

Please acknowledge that you will receive your order based on your business days via location, from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. All products are hand-crafted and our preparation time takes 1-2 days. This is an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays.

Packages will be delivered by Canada Post or USPS.

If using our non-tracking services, you agree and accept that we are released from all liabilities in relation to our non-tracking services.

International Orders:

Shipments to UAE must be a PO Box address and must include a telephone number. We will not be liable for any returned or delayed shipments.

*International shipping can sometimes can longer due to delays and unforeseen reasons. Custom taxes or duties may be charged to the recipient of the package. The recipient will be responsible for any customs or import duties once the parcel reaches its destination country.
